Description

been optimized for detection and quantification of up to five targets simultaneously. delivers qPCR results 2x faster (in as little as 30 minutes) reliable quantification in up to 5-plex assays consistent results with low- and high-copy targets robust performance contains dUTP and UNG to prevent carryover contamination tolerant to common PCR inhibitors Description SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix is a 5x-concentrated, ready-to-use solution for fast, highly sensitive and reproducible probe-based qPCR assays using dual-labeled hydrolysis probes (e.g. TaqMan® probes), and is suitable for detection and quantitation of up to five targets simultaneously. Combining novel in silico-designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase with fast hot-start and optimized buffer, this qPCR Mix offers accurate target detection and quantification. For extra convenience the mix includes dUTP and UNG enzyme that enable UNG treatment to prevent carryover contamination. This master mix is developed for TaqMan® probes but is also suitable for other hydrolysis probe types. Applications DNA/LNA hydrolysis probe based assays Detection and quantification of DNA and cDNA targets Profiling gene expression Microbial detection Viral load determination Properties Concentration: 5x Hot-start: yes, 3 minutes initial incubation at 95 °C Cycling speed: fast or ultra-fast Detection type: Probe-based Reference dye: none Multiplex: up to 5 plexes simultaneously Compatible real-time instruments: The mix is compatible with qPCR cyclers that do not require an internal reference dye (e.g. ROX) for normalization of fluorescent signal.
