Description

Originally designed for media powder mixing and weighing, the GP1400 solves the problem of personnel exposed to particles in or near the mixing room and simply, but effectively, removes the need for operators to wear face masks. Now part of our ‘GP’ general purpose range, it has found numerous uses in laboratories and production environments around the world. Side entry doors and a removable front panel afford easy access for media or equipment loading and cleaning. ** Now with Variable Speed as Standard ** Operator access is through the front panel opening which we can modify to suit your application at no extra cost using the latest laser cutting technology. Two of our Waysafe ‘300 series’ HEPA filter/fan units provide background airflow that ensures operator protection without affecting sensitive instruments or operations. The filters can be changed in minutes by the operator - no expensive service engineer call outs - and the whole unit comes out of the box and is ready to use immediately (subject to local DOP test requirements). The frame is 20mm anodised aluminium and it is glazed with clear acrylic. Various options are available including a range of filters for both particulates and odours, 240VAC or 120VAC operation, and base panels in a range of colours.
