The HST is an ambulatory screener for the objective diagnosis of sleep onset and sleep maintenance disorders. It records EEG, EOG, EMG in a home environment to determine sleep stages, sleep progression and other sleep-relevant parameters such as arousal and sleep fragmentation. The maximum recording time without recharging is 36 hours. The HomeSleepTest is self-administered at home using user-guided application instructions including bio-calibration and can be worn for several nights (5 nights of 7 hours each). The 3-point front electrode allows for particularly easy and quick application. One 3-point front and one reference Ag/AgCl electrode for quick and easy application. The OtwoFellow is a finger pulse oximeter that can be used in combination with the HomeSleepTest (HST) and the HomeSleepTest REM+ (HST REM+). It complements the EEG/EOG screening with the recording of oxygen saturation, pleth signal, heart rate, activity and position.
