Vital Care Rapid test kit COVID-19 (IgG/IgM) is a rapid in vitro diagnostic for a qualitative detection of lgG and lgM antibodies to COVID-19 in human serum, plasma or whole blood. Kit Contents/ components Test cassettes : 25 units. Buffer solution: 3 ml. Dropper : 25 units. Lancets : 30 units (optional). Lingette nettoyante antiseptique :25 units (optional). Instruction to use (user manual) Advanced functions (key product features) Easy to use. Storage (2-30°C). Qualitative. Results Interpretation IgG positive*: 02 lines appear. One should appear in the control line region © and another must appear in the lgG test line region. The sampling is thus positive to SRAS-COV-2 and indicates an infection for a period longer than 14 days. IgM positive*: 02 lines appear. One should appear in the control line region © and another must appear in the lgM test line region. The sampling is thus positive to IgG antibodies SRAS-COV-2 and probably indicates a recent less than 14 days infection period. Negative : 01 line must appear in the control line © , no other lines in the IgG and IgM regions. Non valid result: no visible line in the control (C) region. An insufficient blood sampling or inaccurate treatment technics are the the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the procedure with a new cassette. If the test fails again, discontinue using the test kit and contact your local distributor. *Important : The intensity of the color in the IgG and/or IgM line regions will vary depending on the concentration of anti-SARS-COV-2 antibodies in the sample.
