The BioMicroLab SampleScan Mini is compatible with a range of 2D microtubes and cryotubes and scans a 96-format rack in 4-5 seconds. Its adjustable output file includes 2D tube barcodes, tube positions, and rack ID data for output to LIMS or other systems, and researchers benefit from the ability to scan single tubes as well as full racks.
Efficiently captures Rack ID
2D embedded barcodes on the base of racks are automatically captured, and with an optional 1D linear barcode reader that attaches to any side of the instrument, the 1D rack ID is scanned and decoded.
