Our circular staplers are sterile disposable instruments that belong to the common staple suture instruments. Surgeons use them for end-to-side, end-to-end and side-to-side anastomoses. The head of the instrument is removable and can be sutured into the tissue when removed from the instrument itself for better visibility and easy access. One application of the circular stapler is, for example, the anastomosis of the proximal colon with the distal colon during colostomy. Circular staplers also play an increasingly important role in vascular anastomoses.
Special features:
The fact that it is possible to feel the direction of rotation reduces the possibility of operating errors. A hardened cutting ring enables a particularly precise tissue cut. The pressure plate and magazine are securely closed.
The correct B-shape of the clamps is achieved for the different diameters in the respective fabric thicknesses.
The tissue gap scale shows the surgeon the release range between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm.
