In case of station panel board maintenance, THE EMERGENCY UNIT PANEL allows to by-pass the station and to keep on supplying the network thru a supplying inlet. The panel integrates a safety valve and 1 pressure-switch for signaling pressure anomalies in the network. The unit is constituted by a varnished steel frame having built-in: .1 general sectioning ball valve complete of 3 pieces brass fi tting, .1 primary network pressure-switch signaling anomalies of more/less than 20% on the downstream central station pressure, .1 manometer 0-16 bar for the visual control of the station supplied pressure, .1 emergency supplying inlet as per AFNOR or UNI or NIST standard, .1 safety valve set at 12 bar. All components are equipped with a safety anti-return for allowing maintenance purposes. The emergency unit panel can also be equipped, on optional basis, with an outdoor protected box.
