Pressure control unit WR series

for medical gas plants

The WR model pressure reducer and multiple gas pressure control panel boards, are conceived and realized according with MDD 93/42/EEC and related norms ISO 7396-1 and ISO 10524-1. Each technical or medical gas is treated with one double 2nd stage pressure reducer connected by a by-pass system. Downstream the reducer it is installed a removable area group with one pressure gauge, one pressure switch ( or transducer on request ) and one specifi c emergency gas coded outlet ( NIST, UNI 9507, AFNOR ). The Vacuum network is intercepted and controlled through a ball valve complete with one vacuum gauge and one vacuum switch. According with the panel board codes, the vacuum shut-off group is realized with 3/4” (diam. mm 22) or 1” (diam. mm 28) or 1” ¼ “ (diam. mm 35) valve. The WR panel boards are available in various confi gurations according with the quantity of pressure reducers, the presence of the vacuum valve and the type of panel boards mounting (either fl ush or surface mounting). The multiple WR panel boards, in the standard confi guration, are conceived for pre-defi ned gases. However it is possible to have different confi gurations, by indicating the medical gases to treat. Each line of WR panel is equipped by cooper pipe ( inlet and output ) to connecting plant.
