Anesthetic gas scavenging system 21400 series

The central Anesthetic Gas Scavenging System with lateral channel blowers is an effi cient system necessary for expelling to the atmosphere the exhaled breath of the patient when enriched by anesthetic substances. The blowers station represents an excellent solution for the realization of centralized AGSS networks fi t for supplying Operating Theaters and Preparation/Recovery units. Due to compact size and low noise levels, the unit itself can also be installed inside the operating theater area (dirty hallway, storage devices, etc..). The plant consists of 2 side channel blowers that automatically alternate every 120 minutes function. In case of one blower failure, the second blower automatically starts for maintaining the conditions of depression and capacity of the system. The fl ow rate of each pump must therefore covers their requirement of the complete network. The unit is equipped with one air fl ow valve that allows to provide a maximum vacuum level of 140 mm/hg It is basically constituted by : N° 2 Blowing pumps complete with non-return valve Engine power and load depending on the model - Voltage 230V-50Hz N° 1 Air flow valve not allowing depression higher than 110 mm/hg N° 1 Suction filter for pumps protection N° 1 Vacuum gauge N° 1 Electrical control panel complete with automatic switch-over device N °2 IN/OUT connection D.42 The complete system is mounted in a lacquered steel case. AGSS units, blowers type, are equipped with EEC 17+T plug for the voltage supply. The on/off is activated through REMOTE CONTROL PANEL.
