Description
The Mayo scissors are intended for cutting and dissecting tissues and can be used on thicker tissues such as muscles or fascia. The curved structure allows a deeper tissue penetration and wider visibility on the operating field.
The supercut version has a sharp edged blade and a micro-serrated blade, which prevents the tissues from sliding during cutting. This increases control and precision of the cut, reduces the trauma of surrounding tissues and manual fatigue.
