Made from Titanium Alloy (Ti6Al4V). Hydroxyapatite spray coating (130 µm) that provides a porous surface with excellent biocompatibility and generates an ideal structure for bone growth. Two orifices for anchoring and tensioning the trochanter region. Metaphyseal semicircular macrostructures: increase the contact surface, preventing sinking and providing an antivarus effect. Longitudinal grooves: Increase bone–implant contact surface, preventing rotation, reducing distal rigidity with respect to the metaphyseal portion and improve diaphyseal vascularisation of the femur with the prosthetic. Distal opening that reduces implant rigidity and improves prosthesis adaptation to the curvature of the femur.
