DESCRIPTION
The Agricola Lacrimal Sac Retractor offers a reliable way to enhance the lacrimal sac’s surgical view. Its principal use is to statically separate the incision edges during dacryocystectomy.
For this purpose, the instrument features 3 x 3 curved prongs that ensure excellent wound retraction. In addition, the prongs are blunt at the tip to prevent damage of the nasolacrimal ducts and other tissues.
Moreover, the Agricola Lacrimal Sac Retractor features an adjustable screw mechanism. Surgeons can rotate the screw to tighten or broaden the gap between the prongs to gradually pull back the incision edges.
Manufactured in premium grade stainless steel with a fine satin finish that reduces glare.
