Description

The ambient air is compressed and purified to remove oil, water and dust, and then enters the pressure swing adsorption equipment composed of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. Compressed air flows through the adsorption tower from bottom to top, during which oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve, nitrogen flows out from the upper end of the adsorption tower and enters the crude nitrogen buffer tank. After a period of time, the carbon molecular sieve in the adsorption tower is saturated with adsorbed oxygen and needs to be regenerated. Regeneration is achieved by stopping the adsorption step and reducing the pressure of the adsorption tower. The two adsorption towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to ensure continuous nitrogen output. 1, raw air from nature, only to provide compressed air and power supply can produce nitrogen. The equipment has low energy consumption and low operating cost. 2, nitrogen purity adjustment is convenient, nitrogen purity is only affected by nitrogen exhaust, The purity of ordinary nitrogen generator can be adjusted arbitrarily between 95%-99.99%; High purity nitrogen generator can be adjusted between 99% and 99.999%. 3, high degree of automation equipment, gas production fast, unattended. Just press the button to start and shut down, and nitrogen can be produced within 10-15 minutes after starting. 4. The process flow of the equipment is simple, the structure of the equipment is compact, the floor area is small, and the equipment is highly adaptable.
