SURFACES P-Slim implants are available with a ZirTi endosseous body, sand-blasted and etched and a UTM neck (Ultrathin Threaded Microsurface), a microthread specifically designed to be a substrate for both soft and hard tissues. It is not a machined surface, but a microthreading properly designed to define the cellular organization, exploiting the principle of contact guidance, according to which cells are led to arrange themselves and move following the surrounding topographic stimuli. Thanks to UTM surface, the neck can adapt to the irregularities of the bone crest or of a post-extraction site, where the two different neck heights can offer the best support for hard and soft tissues. P-Slim is the smaller diameter with Collex One connection, so it utilizes the same prosthesis of Prama W and Premium One.
