Cyclone pre-separators are efficient pre-separation devices for processes in dental laboratories that are characterized by high levels of dust. They are ideal for use in combination with a specially dimensioned filter and extraction system from the TBH LN 200 series. In these pre-separators, the air is set in a rotating motion, which effectively pushes the dust particles out of the air flow and separates them. With a separation efficiency of around 80% at particle sizes of 10 micrometers, the cyclone pre-separator makes a significant contribution to reducing the load on the downstream filter systems. This not only increases the efficiency of the extraction system, but also significantly improves its maintenance requirements and service life.
