Automatic semen dose blister filling machine – Polyethylene blister filling machine for doses. – Suitable for different volumes without the need for any mechanical change. – Filling speed: up to 20 doses per minute (1,200 blisters x hour). This value depends on the volume and flow rate of the peristaltic pump. – Totally electrically operated. – Power 220 VAC or 24 VAC. – No compressed air required. – No operation required to change filling speed, simply blister change (where necessary) and filling value change on the touchscreen communicating with the machine operator. – Stainless steel, aluminium and food-suitable plastic construction, with maintenance and lubrication-free friction parts. – Electronic control with touchscreen panel (HMI) for communication with the operator.
