Phantom ML™ MIS Lumbar Surgical Access System facilitates minimally invasive exposure and decompression for TLIF/PLIF and microdiscectomy procedures. With optional retractor arms available, three- or four-way retraction can be achieved to meet specific surgical needs. Multiple lengths and widths of retractor blades are available to accommodate diverse patient anatomies. One Access System for TLIF, PLIF or Microdiscectomies The included hooks in this system allow for retraction against the spinous process for a more midline approach. Additionally, the system allows for simple two-way retraction for microdiscectomies, or more exposure with three- or four-way retraction through the system’s modularity. Four-Way Retraction with Independent Pivoting Function Each Retractor arm in this system features an independent pivoting function to allow for optimal positioning and exposure, while minimizing the incision as well as pressure on the tissue.
