Maxi Petri models are automated dishes pourer systems for filling up to 750 Pétri dishes per hour (referred to a 18 ml media delivery). TKA produces two table-top compact units the first one with a doubled carousel for collecting the empty and the filled Petri dishes. The other model uses a single carousel for load and unload the Pétri dishes. Both the systems can handle Pétri dishes of size between 50 and 150 mm (to be specified at the moment of the order). The delivery system uses a peristaltic pump numerically controlled with delivery speed continuously adjustable. The carousels used by these instruments can hold the empty and the poured plates with différent capacities (up to 360 dishes) depending on the dishes sizes. The Maxipetri models have the possibility to add blood in line (cod.791360), to use the peristaltic pump of the unit for external fillings (bottles, vials etc). A built in industrial PC based control system with wide size touch-screen monitor allows the use of a User-friendly software interface with différent password levels. RS232, USB, Ethernet ports are available for external links in order to send sessions' reports to the external environment (i.e.: PC, LAN, printer).
