CRP Compact is a system for the automatic dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals and the automated latching of open and closed vials under sterile conditions, compliant with EU GMP Annex 1 regulations. Safe, compact, and extremely precise, the system allows for the dispensing of a wide range of radiopharmaceuticals, with no limitations on concentration and volume, minimizing the need for any operator interventions. It can work on both open and closed vials, and handle both crimped and push-fit caps. CRP Compact and its interface managing software are supplied as promptly validated for pharmaceutical purposes. Developed for dispensing radiopharmaceuticals in open vials, with subsequent rubber stopper and either a crimped aluminum ring capping or push-fit capping system. Process The dispensing process starts from a base solution, originating from the synthesis module, and ends with a closed vial containing the required volume and activity of the radiopharmaceutical being processed. The system automatically performs the following operations: Measuring both total and specific activity delivered by the synthesis module. Diluting the main vial to the required specific activity. Filling open or closed vials, controlling the volume, using a built-in high precision electronic scale. Plugging and crimping the filled vial (if using open vials). Customized Workflows The system offers the chance to design customized process flows based on different production needs, with the integration of custom kits.
