RAD is an automatic switching system. provided with automatic valves that allows the user to select which cell to send the radioactive bolus from the Cyclotron liquid target by:
Avoiding any manual switching operation, minimizing the dead time between cyclotron runs;
Checking the destination cell and allowing the delivery only if the relevant hot cell required safety conditions are respected.
