Hospital at Home is a medical kit equipped to measure blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, oxygen levels, weight & body mass indexes and temperature. Moreover, the dedicated tablet app will guide patients throughout the process. All medical devices are connected to a dedicated Medical Hub, designed exclusively for Vodafone’s Hospital at Home.
