The volumetric and gravimetric single or twin screw Quick Clean feeders are very easy to disassemble and clean. Since disassembly is done by quick-release fasteners, no tools are required. The metering screws are secured by a bayonet lock located inside the screw. They can be disassembled and assembled by a simple 90° turn. The metering hopper can also be optionally removed and replaced with the product for even faster and contamination-free product changes. The conical or trough-shaped hoppers are suitable for well-flowing, granular products.
