MalleoDynastab® BOA® Open is a low-profile ankle stabiliser designed to support moderate to severe lateral ankle sprains and chronic ankle instability. It is suitable for active users and athletes, fits inside most closed shoes and features a full posterior (step-in) opening for easy application. The BOA® Fit System enables quick, even and micro-adjustable tightening for a customised fit.

Technical specifications

• Indications: Moderate to severe ankle sprain; chronic ankle instability; ankle pain and oedema.
• Contraindications: Do not use if diagnosis has not been confirmed. Do not apply directly on broken skin. Do not use in case of known allergy to any component. Avoid use in patients with major venous thromboembolic history without appropriate thromboprophylaxis.
• Sizes (ankle circumference): Size 1 — 19 cm - 22 cm
  Size 2 — 22 cm - 26 cm
  Size 3 — 26 cm - 30 cm
• Materials: Textile parts: polychloroprene, polyamide, elastane, polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane. Elastic straps: polyester, elastane. Self-fastening tabs: polyamide. Plastic parts: polyamide 66. Side reinforcements: stainless steel.
