TGuide S96 Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor adopts the latest magnetic rod adsorption and transfer magnetic beads method. 96-deep well plates and different kinds of magnetic beads extraction reagents are applied to automatically extract and purify nucleic acid from 1-192 blood/cells/tissues/viruses and other samples. This extractor can be equipped with an 24 flux module which has good adaptability to large-volume samples. It is equipped with TIANGEN pre-packed reagents and can simultaneously extract 1-24 samples. The maximum sample volume handled by the instrument is 5 ml. It is especially suitable for extraction of free nucleic acid in serum and plasma.
