The test is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of several substances in urine. Step 1: Remove the strip from the hermetically sealed bottle and use it immediately. Completely immerse the test strip reagent areas in fresh urine, mix well, and immediately remove the strip to avoid dissolving the reagents. Step 2: Slide the edge of the strip against the edges of the container to remove any excess urine. Hold the strip in a horizontal position and put it in contact with an absorbent tissue. Compare the reactive areas with the corresponding colors on the vial color chart, taking into account the times indicated for each parameter. Step 3: Hold the strip close to the corresponding colors and compare them carefully.
