The Research Possibilities are Endless
In 1985, we implanted our first tethered flowprobe in rodents. With each of the thousands that have followed, we have endeavored toward our evolutionary goal. Today, we bring you the future of telemetry. Introducing EndoGear®: the first fully implantable, wireless, blood flow and pressure measurement system.
Transit-time Flowprobes
Our perivascular flowprobes report true volume flow, not velocity. They have been deployed in thousands of studies of aortic, carotid, renal and mesenteric flow, just to name a few of the applications. Originally conceived and designed for chronic implantability, our flowprobes are known for dependable stability and unsurpassed resolution.
Blood Pressure Sensors
Solid-state Scisense Catheter
The standard of accuracy and resolution in the life science market today is the high-fidelity solid-state catheter. Our Scisense brand has offered solid-state catheter technology for pressure and pressure-volume loop measurement for years. With our latest 1.9F design, we offer our most innovative catheter yet, one that was built specifically for the demands of chronic instrumentation.
Power Options
Flexibility Without Power Constraints
Battery life can be a weak link in telemetry systems. Our Wireless Power Supply offers thermally neutral, uninterrupted power delivery for up to two animals at a time, in a single cage. All Implant variants can be equipped with inductive technology to get the most out of your blood flow and pressure studies.
EndoGear® is also available with a 1.2Ah battery for shorter term protocols.
