The contaminated water (wastewater) is fully automatic and self-regulating
neutralized and pumped into the sewage.
Service-friendly, easy to install and space-saving, the neutralization device Aquaclean TC 102 is set up in the sink, wash basin, etc. from the sink/wash basin direct in the inlet of the neutralization system and will be collected there.
By reaching the maximum level in the neutralization tank, a special pump of the neutralization device is switched on. Now a circulation in the neutralization tank starts, to ascertain an accurate pH measured value (adjustable). After the predetermined time and reaching the set pH value, pumping is carried out into the sewage. If the adjusted pH after the circulation time is not reached, lye or acid is dispensed via metering pumps at intervals. A pH electrode in the intake pipe of the special pump continuously determines the pH value. This is visibly displayed digitally on the switchboard.
In order to keep the consumption of lye and acid as low as possible, the lye- and acid pipe leads directly into the mixing cycle. Through the permanent measuring of the pH value and the interval moderate addition of lye or acid the feared tipping is avoided.
If the neutral pH is reached, a variably adjustable mixing time will follow. Thereafter, the neutralized sewage is pumped into the discharge pipe. The pump turns off after reaching the minimum level.
The entire operation process is repeated independently and fully automatically, depending on the feed rate.
If the pH-setpoint is below or above during the evacuation in the drain line, the neutralization process is carried out again as described.
