The iCup and the iCup A.D. provide users with fast, accurate, and easy to read results when testing urine for the presence of drugs. The iCup comes in 3, 7, 9, 10, and 13 panel tests while the iCup A.D. is available in 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 panel tests. The iCup A.D. also provides users with a built-in validity and adulterations test.
The iCup can be kept at room temperature and has a 24 month shelf life. Results can be read in as little as 5 minutes and remain for up to 60 minutes.
Tests for: Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, Amphetamines, Methamphetamines, Phencyclidine, Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, & Tricyclic Antidepressants and checks for Oxidants/PCC, specific gravity, pH, Nitrites, Glutaraldehyde, & Creatinine.
Adulterant Information
Adulterants are often used to hide drugs in urine. The following adulterants are very common.
(OX) - Oxidants and PCC – Tests for the presence of oxidizing reagents such as bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and pyridinium chlorochromate.
(SG) - Specific Gravity – Tests for the viscosity of the urine sample.
(ph) - pH – Tests for the presence of acidic or alkaline adulterants in urine.
(CR) Creatinine - This test covers the most common form of specimen tampering, specimen dilution. Dilution using diuretics is also often referred to as “flushing”.
(NI) - Nitrites – This covers a class of chemicals not normally found in human urine. Common occurrences are the additive of such products as Klear.
(GL) - Glutaraldehyde - This covers a class of chemicals not normally found in human urine. Common occurrences are the additive of such products such as Clear Choice or UrinAid.
