The Adult Knee phantom has a complex internal structure and anatomy, which are based on an average knee of an adult human male. The synthetic bones used in this phantom are made out of our patented material, which is best suited for X-Ray/CT and US imaging applications. The soft tissues, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage are made from realistic urethane-based tissue-mimicking materials.
The phantom can be used as a tool to conduct medical imaging research, radiology training, testing, and calibration-related work. This product can be further customized to match a wide variety of project requirements.
