TRUE LOCK Superior Distal Clavicle Anatomic Plates are indicated for; • Fractures of the clavicle shaft. • Fractures of the lateral clavicle. • Malunions of the clavicle. • Non-unions of the clavicle. Clavicle fractures constitute %2,6-%4 of adult patients’ fractures and %35 of shoulder fractures. Anatomically they divide 3 parts medial (%80), middle (shaft) (%15), lateral (%5). The clavicle is the first ossified bone and the ossification center closes last. It is in the form of “S” and convex to the medial anterior and concave to the lateral anterior.
