The smooth aluminium layer prevents adhesion to the wound and makes it highly suitable as a sterile dressing for burns as well. High absorption capacity No wound adhesion Packaged in individual sterile pouches Thoroughly clean the wound and the skin around the wound. Place the dressing on the (burn) wound with the aluminum side on the wound. Fixate the dressing. Change the dressing at least once a day.
