Fed-batch applications This HyClone™ cell culture supplement has been developed for recombinant protein production with various cell lines including Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line, human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293, NS0, hybridoma, and T cells. General culture recommendations Recommended supplementation range is between 20 to 200 mL/L during mid to late growth phase. It is anticipated that this will be day 3 to 4 of the culture. It is suggested that L-glutamine is monitored separately in those cultures where it is present in the culture medium and supplemented as needed.
