Description

The red fluorescent microspheres are post-dyed from blank microspheres, with good monodispersity and uniform particle size. The red fluorescent dyes of the microspheres are embedded inside the microspheres and filled firmly. In addition, the red fluorescent microspheres has the characteristics of strong fluorescence intensity and lasting constant, which has obvious advantages for the development of quantitative detection reagents. This series of products are especially suitable for the development and large-scale production of lateral flow chromatography reagents, as well as for focused microscopy, cytology research, biosensors, biochips, microfluidic and other technology platforms. Features: High fluorescence intensity: bright and clear, lasting and constant Internal dye embedding technology: full and firm filling, uniform dispersion Sufficient surface groups: higher protein binding capacity Uniform particle size: stable and controllable surface functional groups, and good experiment repeatability Large scale production: production capacity is up to 50L/batch Customized production: various options of particle size, surface group, and color/fluorescence dyeing Technical Parameters: 1. Material: Polystyrene polymer with high-brightness fluorescence 2. Particle Size: 200nm-400nm 3. Surface groups: Carboxyl-Modified, SA-Modified 4. Uniformity: CV<5% 5. Additives: Contains trace amount of surfactant
