Description

Through championing change and pioneering product innovation, we are proud to have introduced the world’s first sustainable single-use sharps container into the market. Designed for use primarily in the community setting the 0.45 Litre is available with a number of different apertures. These apertures and related features have been developed to make safe the collection and disposal of a variety of sharps within the community. The 0.45 Litre can be easily stored in a bag or pocket and is ideal for both personal and clinical use. Our 0.45 Litre Sharpsafe® containers are specifically designed to enable the safe disposal of clinical sharps and minimise the risk of associated injuries. The design of our products demonstrates our purposely designed features to ensure the safety of our users. The temporary and final closure feature provides reassurance when the container is in use and that no further waste can be added once the final closure is activated preventing any potential spillages and overfilling. The containers are designed with a strong rigid body and made from robust, high-quality recycled material that prevents sharps penetration through the wall of the container. For further information on container labelling options, range of lid colours available (in accordance with national guidance) and packaging configurations please contact our customer care team. Features and benefits • Made from low carbon footprint recycled material • Flip top lid for temporary and final closure feature
