Are you frustrated by registering only erratic ECG tracings and erroneous heart rates when using the painful alligator clips? Try our universal ECG esophageal probes.
Compatible with ALL your existing monitors containing ECG of ANY brands, the esophageal probes register ECG, and respiration with most multi-parameter patient monitors, without attaching ECG leads on the patient's body. Simply slide the probe into the esophagus, and then attach the ECG lead clips from your monitor onto the three metal prongs on the connection box of the probe. It usually takes only a few seconds to insert and position the probe. Once placed, the probe will stay in position throughout the surgery. Due to proximity to the heart and ensured good contacts, the esophageal probe registers large and high quality ECG tracings even in the smallest kittens, making ECG and respiration monitoring with your monitors much easier than ever before.
The EP-3 consists of three probes, one for medium and large dogs, one for cats and small dogs, and one for kittens and other similar-sized animals.
