Description

The active airlock works according to the principle of rotational cleaning. The individual stands centrally under the high-performance nozzle rotor and is cleaned from all sides. The perfect combination of small air nozzles with a high pressure ratio and a 450-fold air exchange rate ensures highly effective cleaning of particles on cleanroom clothing. Alternatively, the active airlock can also be equipped with static nozzle strips in the corners. The turbulent cross-flow ensures optimal cleaning. The active airlock can be used for cleaning and as a walk-through airlock between the cleanroom and gray room. Standard operation takes place under negative pressure so that no air flows from the inside to the outside when the doors are opened. Door configurations are available in straight, corner, or three-door configurations.  Program sequence, fault monitoring and interlocking are regulated by integrated controls. It can be operated either via push-button or display. Emergency Open buttons inside and outside the active airlock interrupt the program and unlock the doors. The filters are integrated into the hood and the rear panel. Can be integrated into existing cleanroom designs Customized solution GMP/FDA-compliant design Cleanliness class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 Freely adjustable cleaning cycles and airlock functions Connections for H2O2 decontamination and integrated H2O2 fogging possible Also available as an explosion-proof version
