INTENDED USE The careUS™ Malaria Combo Pf/PAN (HRP2/pLDH) Ag is an in vitro rapid immunochromatographic diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of Plasmodium falciparum(Pf) and Plasmodium species(PAN) antigens from human whole blood. The target antigens are Histidine-rich protein 2 (HRP2) of Plasmodium falciparum(Pf) and plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase(pLDH) of P. falciparum, P.vivax, P.ovale and P.malariae (PAN).
