Every ear is different, but that doesn’t mean that every single one shouldn’t enjoy the superior WIDEX UNIQUE sound. The new, redesigned WIDEX CUSTOM offers many new benefits for the user. MORE BENEFITS FOR MORE EARS CUSTOM has been completely redesigned, reducing the engine by 40%, which means that, overall, more users can enjoy the UNIQUE platform in a small in-the-ear or in-the-canal hearing aid. COMPLETELY REDESIGNED FOR A 40% SMALLER ENGINE FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT BOARD: A new, flexible, folded circuit board takes up less space. WidexLink COIL: The coil has been shortened by a few millimetres. RECEIVER: The receiver has been reduced to nearly one-third of the size. AMPLIFIER: A smaller amplifier contributes to CUSTOM’s reduced size. BATTERY: By changing the angle of the battery by 90 degrees and redesigning the battery door, CUSTOM can achieve a better fit in the user’s ear canal. SUPERIOR SOUND Based on the UNIQUE chip, CUSTOM has the largest sound window of any hearing aid in the market. OPTIMAL SOUND WITHOUT INTERACTION In CUSTOM, captured sound is handled by the Sound Classifier, which allows the hearing aid to automatically adapt to various listening situations.
