The Alpha Silicone AK Liner with symmetrical profile provides extra protection to the distal femur and allows the liner to be rotated for extended wear. The liner uses a proprietary, platinum-cured, medical grade silicone designed for both comfort and performance for transfemoral amputees. Our unique blend of silicone, Vitamin E, and skin conditioners results in a smooth surface that is non-greasy, non-tacky, and comfortable against the skin. The Alpha Silicone AK Liner uses Select fabric that controls pistoning without using a distal matrix yet allows for circumferential stretch for easy donning. The Alpha Silicone AK Liner retrofits with Alpha Hybrid® AK Liners and Alpha Classic® AK Liners with a symmetrical profile.
