WizDx™ F-150 adopted a special polymer chip (WizDx™ PCR Chip) which enables even faster thermal treatment of samples in it than the case of using conventional PCR tubes. The thermal cycling mechanism of WizDx™ F-150 achieves 8°C/sec ramping rate for both heating and cooling.
The integrated camera module of WizDx™ F-150 fully monitors and records the fluorescence signal of each sample and the recorded fluorescence values are processed and displayed by WizDx Recorder software. Using this unique data analysis method, WizDx™ F-150 is providing very precise results of reaction comparing to conventional real-time PCR instruments in the market which collect fluorescence data through optical scanning method. User interface of WizDx™ F-150 was designed to make general real-time PCR instrument users easily operate this innovative instrument. WizDx Recoder provides amplification curves, melting curves, and melting peaks for easy analysis. WizDx™ F-150 requires no user’s calibration for users to hassle with.
