For 20 tests per tube. [Intended Use] This reagent is suitable for nucleic acid staining in in situ hybridization detection systems. [Working Principle] The main component of in situ hybridization staining solution is 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), which is a blue fluorescent dye that can penetrate cell membrane to bind to double-stranded DNA and functions as label and under ultraviolet excitation of fluorescence microscope, nucleic acid fluoresces blue. [Sample Requirements] Applicable specimen types: Cell sample or tissue sample in in situ hybridization assay. [Instructions] 1. Add 10~20µl of in situ hybridization blue staining solution to the tissue or cell area after in situ hybridization on the slide; 2. Cover the slide with a cover slip to ensure that the stain solution evenly covers the sample and avoid bubbles as much as possible; 3. Leave at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes away from light; 4. Observation and photography under a fluorescence microscope; 5. For long-term storage, use a nail polish or other adhesive to seal around the coverslip. [Method Limits] This method is only suitable for the staining of tissue or cell samples after in situ hybridization, but not for tissue or cell samples treated by other methods. [Product Performance Indicators] 1. The reagent should be neat and tidy, clearly labeled, and free of liquid leakage. 2. After in situ hybridization, the slide samples are stained with this reagent and the nucleus is observed blue fluorescent under ultraviolet excitation.
