Storage Condition: Reagent kits should be stored at 2-8℃ and be used within the expiration date. APTT reagents should be stored airtight at 2-8oC after dissolution for up to 7 days. Do not freeze.
Clinical Application
Intended Use: Suitable for Coagulation Method to determine Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time of blood plasma samples.(Abbr: APTT).
APTT Extension: In decreased blood coagulation factors II, V, VIII, IX, XII, fibrinogen deficiency, increased fibrinolytic activity, existence of anticoagulant substances (such as increased
heparin content in the blood and oral anticoagulants). It is an important indicator to monitor heparin therapy.
APTT Contraction: In hypercoagulable state, thrombotic diseases such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cerebrovascular disease, pulmonary infarction, deep vein thrombosis, pregnancy-induced
hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, etc.
Machine Compatibility
All types of fully automatic and semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzers.
