Feline FPV FHV FCV Triple Test Kit is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the semi-quantitative detection of FPV-FHV-FCV antibodies (FPV-FHV-FCV antibodies) in cat serum or plasma.
Principle
Feline FPV FHV FCV Triple Test Kit was based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography. The test card has a test window for observing assay runs and reading results. Before running the analysis, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the equipment, the liquid will flow horizontally across the surface of the test strip and react with the recombinant antigen of the precoated FPV-FHV-FCV. If the specimen has FPV-FHV-FCV antibody, a visible T line will appear. The C line should always appear after the sample is applied, indicating that the results are valid. In this way, the device can indicate the presence of FPV-FHV-FCV antibodies in the sample.
Reagents and materials
-10 test bags with card and disposable dropper
-1 bag insert
-1 standard color card
-ic card (used to start the project)
-A bottle of buffer
Test procedure
- All materials, including samples and test devices, were allowed to return to 15-25°C before running the test.
- Take the test unit out of the foil bag and place it horizontally.
- Drop 1 drop of serum or plasma specimen into the "S" hole of the test device, followed by 2 drops of buffer.
