Human EGFR Gene Mutations Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method) This product is used for qualitative detection of 11 types of common mutations of human EGFR gene in DNA specimen of paraffin-embedded section of patients who are clinically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer. This product has not been combined with specific drugs in clinical trials, but has only been verified for the detection performance of target gene mutations. EGFR refers to epidermal growth factor receptor. Under normal circumstances, it is embedded in cell membrane on the surface of cells and it is a membrane protein that plays an important role in the proliferation, growth, repair and survival of tumor cells.
