Besides, the product can inactive the advanced structure of pathogen protein, deprive biological activity and reduce infectivity and pathogenicity. 【Main Components】 1. Specimen Transport Medium with 3ml EDTA, TRIS, guanidine hydrochloride mixture 2. Nasopharyngeal Swab or Oropharyngeal Swab 【Storage Condition】 Store under room temperature; 【Validity Period】12 months, see package label for production date and validity period. 【Self-contained】Sterile cotton swab 【Instructions】 1. Indicate related sample information on label of Specimen Transport Medium tube before sampling. 2. Take samples from relevant parts using sampling swab according to different sampling requirements. 3. Place sampling swab in Specimen Transport Medium tube quickly, break sampling swab in the indentation, abandon the tail and tighten tube cap. 4. Specimens should be transported at 2-8℃ to laboratory for detection within 24h; otherwise, they should be preserved at -20℃ or below. 5. Specimens should be detected as soon as possible. Those that will be detected within 24h can be preserved at 2-8℃ and others should be preserved at -20℃ or below.
