XiltriX measures, evaluates and stores physical parameters and variables via a real-time network of analogue and digital sensors. Every sensor connected to the network is measured multiple times per minute. These measurements are then digitalized and stored in the server backend. The user friendly software evaluates the measurements against preset alarm limits. When the measured value is out of bounds, an alarm is automatically activated and sent to the right person. Making XiltriX the true real-time monitoring and alarm system.
XiltriX designs and develops its own hardware. The result is devices that can not only measure different types of sensors in real-time, but also have a large back-up battery in case of power failure. This is very important because when everything else fails, XiltriX will keep on working, still able to send alarm, proving its value in preventing damage. All substations automatically monitor power failure enabling users to know when damage will occur instead of when it is already too late.
Calypso
The Calypso substation is specifically designed as a communication device with battery backup. It is connected to the customer’s LAN. Requests from the LAN are transmitted via a hard-wired bus or the wireless. Equipped with a watchdog relay and 4 freely useable relays, it can also be used to connect to alarm devices or BMS systems.
A special version of the Calypso (Particle) can be used to digitally connect to Lighthouse particle counters.
