2×Hieff™ Canace™ Plus PCR Master Mix (With Dye) is a ready-to-use 2×premixed solution containing Hieff™ Canace™ Plus High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer. Two monoclonal antibodies at room temperature that inhibit polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease activity are added to the master mix for easily and highly specific Hot Start PCR. The extension factor is added to the master mix to give the enzyme a long fragment amplification capacity, the length of the amplification t can be up to 13 kb, the enzyme has a 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity and a 3'→5' exonuclease activity, its fidelity is 83 times that of Taq DNA polymerase, which is 9 times that of ordinary Pfu DNA polymerase.
