LOCATOR Implants are used to restore masticatory function for the patient and may be suitable for immediate load if sufficient primary stability of the implant is achieved at the time of placement. The final treatment option may be determined at the time of surgery as the clinician must consider the quality of supporting bone and initial insertion torque values of the mplants. Immediate function is determined on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the clinician.
