This kit is used to quantitatively detect the activity of glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of liver disorders and gastrointestinal diseases, etc. Increased serum GPDA: seen in patients with secondary hepatic disorders. For patients with drug-induced liver injury or primary hepatic cirrhosis caused by intrahepatic cholestasis, serum GPDA is increased significantly. Decreased serum GPDA: seen in patients with gastric disease, duodenal disease; rheumatoid arthritis, generalized lupus erythematosus. The activity of GPDA in urine of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis is increased significantly.
