Increase in ApoB is a risk factor for heart and cerebrovascular diseases, which can be seen in patients with coronary heart disease, nephrotic syndrome, diabetes, familial hypercholesterolemia, hepatitis or liver dysfunction, etc.; its decrease is seen in patients with myocardial ischemia and liver insufficiency.
